Powered by a 1/4 HP electric motor, the SDPS-11 operates at 406 RPM and uses a convenient 5-minute timer for simple, hands-free operation. Staff can load the polyethylene spin basket, start the cycle, and continue with other prep tasks while excess water is removed from the greens.
The stainless steel outer tub and lid provide commercial-grade durability, while the polyethylene basket is designed to gently spin washed lettuce without unnecessary damage. Removing excess water helps keep greens crisp, improves presentation, and allows dressings to cling more evenly.
For easier cleanup and operation, this salad dryer includes a drain connection that directs water away from the unit. Heavy-duty casters make it easy to move the dryer around the prep area, and locking casters help keep it stable during use.
