The Jackson DISHSTAR HTE 208/2301 is a high-temperature undercounter dishwasher designed for commercial foodservice dishwashing. It processes up to 27 racks per hour while using 0.6 gallons of water per rack. The unit is Energy Star qualified and made in America.
A built-in booster heater and Sani-Sure feature support proper rinse-water temperatures. This dishwasher includes chemical pumps, an auto-fill function, a 2-minute automatic cycle, and a deliming cycle. Its fresh-water rinse helps keep rinse water separate from the wash water, and two dish racks are included.
