Description
The True Refrigeration TUC-27D-2-HC is a compact undercounter refrigerator designed for foodservice operations that need refrigerated ingredient storage close to the work area. Its 27 5/8-inch-wide cabinet provides 7.6 cu. ft. of capacity in a stainless steel and aluminum construction with a rear-mounted compressor.
Two solid drawers provide organized access to refrigerated products. Each drawer accommodates one full-size food pan up to 6 inches deep; food pans are sold separately. The cabinet maintains a temperature range of 33 to 38 degrees F and uses R-290 refrigerant.
This unit is mounted on four 5-inch casters for mobility and is Energy Star qualified and UL certified. Electrical requirements are 115V, 60 Hz, single phase, 2 amps, with a 1/6 hp compressor and NEMA 5-15P plug. Overall dimensions are 27 5/8 inches wide by 31 1/8 inches deep by 36 inches high.
