Description
The True Refrigeration TUC-27D-2-LP-HC is a 27 5/8-inch-wide low-profile undercounter refrigerator designed for cold food storage in restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, and other commercial foodservice operations. Its two solid drawers provide organized access to refrigerated ingredients while maintaining a compact 31 7/8-inch overall height with casters.
Drawer Storage and Construction
With 7.6 cubic feet of refrigerated capacity, this unit has two built-in drawers. Each drawer accommodates one full-size food pan up to 6 inches deep; food pans are sold separately. The cabinet is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, finished in silver, and equipped with four 1 1/2-inch casters for mobility. The compressor is rear mounted.
Refrigeration and Electrical Specifications
This True undercounter refrigerator maintains temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees F and uses R-290 refrigerant. It operates on 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power and draws 2 amps with a 1/6 hp motor. A NEMA 5-15P plug is provided. The unit is Energy Star Qualified and UL Certified.
