The True Refrigeration TUC-48D-2-LP-HC is a low-profile undercounter refrigerator designed for commercial foodservice storage. Its 48 3/8-inch-wide cabinet provides 14 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity and maintains a 33 to 38 degree F temperature range.
This unit combines one right-hinged solid swing door with two drawers for separated product storage. It includes two PVC-coated wire shelves, while each drawer accommodates one 1/3-size pan and one 1/2-size food pan. Stainless steel and aluminum construction provides a durable silver exterior, and casters support placement and movement in the kitchen.
The rear-mounted 1/5 hp refrigeration system uses R-290 refrigerant. This refrigerator operates on 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power at 3 amps and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. The cabinet measures 48 3/8 inches wide by 31 1/8 inches deep by 31 7/8 inches high and is UL Certified.
