While its low-pulse setting is ideal for fragile ingredients, its high-pulse setting can puree and slice through thick contents. The system's one-touch controls maintain a consistent low, medium, or high speed to eliminate operational oversight, and these controls can be turned off manually or programmed to shut off automatically after 90 seconds. Its powerful 3-horsepower motor pushes its blunt blades through ingredients with ease.

For an efficient blending vortex, the Blendtec C600A081-A1GA1A blender's jar is four-sided and has a 32-ounce capacity. A vented Gripper™ lid comes with this machine to reducing messes during blending and ensure hot ingredients don't create condensation. Overall, this all-purpose blender can withstand 60 blending cycles daily. To blend in with front-of-house applications, it's black, and it measures 7 inches wide by 8 inches deep by 15 inches high to save countertop space.
