Description
The Jackson DISHSTAR is a high-temperature undercounter commercial dishwasher designed for ADA-compliant dishwashing areas. Its compact 24 1/4-inch width supports installation where floor space is limited, while steam elimination makes it suitable for front-of-house applications.
This unit washes up to 20 racks per hour and uses 0.65 gallons of water per rack. An energy recovery system captures heat from hot vapor to preheat incoming rinse water, and the integrated booster heater supports proper rinse-water temperatures with the Sani-Sure feature.
The DISHSTAR operates on 208/230V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical service and draws 30.8 amps. It has a 1 hp motor, a 3/4-inch water inlet, and requires a hardwired connection. Overall dimensions are 24 1/4 inches wide by 26 7/8 inches deep by 29 3/4 inches high.
