The Robot Coupe R2U commercial food processor is built to break down fruits, vegetables, and other products into reduced forms based on a recipe's needs. Its 3-liter bowl is made of stainless steel, as are the motor shaft and blade assembly—this grants all three increased strength, service life, and corrosion resistance. A clear lid enables kitchen staff to see food inside the bowl as it's processed. With a 1-horsepower motor, this unit supplies excellent blending power.
