The Alto-Shaam 20-20G CLASSIC NAT 120V/1-PH Prodigi Classic combi oven is a natural gas unit designed to hold up to 20 full-size sheet pans. Its programmable 7-inch touchscreen control supports recipe management, while the USB port allows recipes to be uploaded and downloaded.
