The Delfield 186114BUCMP W/4"" CASTERS is a 114-inch undercounter refrigerator designed for refrigerated ingredient and product storage in commercial kitchens, supermarkets, and foodservice operations. Its 33 cu. ft. capacity is accessed through three solid swing doors, with one shelf behind each door. The 34-inch overall height provides an ADA-compliant work height.
A thick stainless steel top and stainless steel doors provide a durable exterior work surface and cabinet construction. Recessed door handles and magnetic gaskets support daily access, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps maintain the cabinet temperature range of 36 to 40 degrees F. Electronic temperature controls provide straightforward operation.
This unit uses a side-mounted 1/3 hp compressor with R-290 refrigerant. Four-inch casters allow the refrigerator to be moved for cleaning. The refrigerator operates on 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power and draws 6.3 amps with a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is NSF certified, UL certified, and made in America.
