Its stainless steel exterior and stainless steel top provide a durable cabinet and additional space for food preparation or equipment staging.
This unit has an 18.1 cu. ft. capacity with two solid swing doors, left and right hinges, and two removable epoxy-coated wire shelves. The side-mounted 1/4 hp compressor is positioned for service access, while high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and R-290 refrigerant support refrigerated operation. Electronic temperature controls maintain a 36 to 40 degree F temperature range.
