The Delfield 18691BUCMP is a 91-inch undercounter refrigerator designed for commercial foodservice operations requiring refrigerated storage and a stainless steel work surface in one footprint. Its 24.4 cu. ft. capacity and three solid swing doors support organized access to refrigerated ingredients and supplies.
A side-mounted 1/4 hp compressor provides accessible placement for service and maintenance. The cabinet uses high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, an electronic temperature control system, and R-290 refrigerant to maintain a 36 to 40 degree F temperature range.
This 115V, 4.8-amp unit includes three removable epoxy-coated wire shelves and 5-inch casters. It is Energy Star qualified, Made in America, NSF certified, and UL certified, with a NEMA 5-15P plug for single-phase, 60 Hz power.
