The Delfield 18691BUCMP W/4"" CASTERS is a 91-inch ADA-height undercounter refrigerator designed for refrigerated ingredient and product storage in commercial foodservice operations. Its 24.44 cu. ft. capacity is accessed through three solid swing doors, including one 19-inch door and two 27-inch doors. Each door section includes one shelf, for a total of three shelves.
A stainless steel top with high-density insulation and foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation support the cabinet construction. Stainless steel doors use recessed handles and magnetic gaskets, while electronic controls manage a 36 to 40 degree F temperature range. The side-mounted 1/4 hp compressor uses R-290 refrigerant.
Four 4-inch casters allow the refrigerator to be moved for cleaning and position the unit at an ADA-compliant working height. This 115V, single-phase unit draws 4.8 amps at 60 Hz and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. It is Energy Star Qualified, Made in America, NSF Certified, and UL Certified.
