The Refrigeration-X XST-28-12-N6 is a 27 1/2-inch commercial mega top sandwich/salad prep table with 12 pans on top and a refrigerated base behind a single solid door. Part of the RefrigerationX X-Line series, this self-contained refrigerated prep table gives you a compact sandwich and salad station for cafes, delis, and small kitchens. The mega top layout fits more pans in the rail than a standard top of the same width, so more toppings stay within reach.

Built for the Make-Line

Its pan rail comes loaded with 12 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep condiment pans and a single hood. An even-cooling cold air compartment keeps each pan at temperature and walls the pans off from the base to prevent food spillage. The included 9-1/2-inch-deep, 1/2-inch-thick cutting board sits on a side rail.

Steady, Efficient Refrigeration

The base holds 33°F to 39°F for safe ingredient storage. It runs on R-600a, a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential, and is designed to meet DOE energy conservation standards, all from a standard 115V outlet.

Durable Construction

A stainless steel door is paired with aluminum exterior sides and a galvanized steel back and bottom. The interior has a stainless steel floor and back with aluminum sides, built for cleanliness and long product life. CFC-free, high-density polyurethane insulation is foamed in place throughout the cabinet and door. Inside the base, one adjustable PE-coated wire shelf holds backup ingredients, and 4-inch swivel casters with front locks make it easy to move for cleaning. It is ETL Sanitation and cETLus listed.

Optional accessories include a removable food cover (RX-RCT-28-12), a clear lid (RX-CL-28-12), 6-inch stainless steel legs (30221M0600), and 2.5-inch casters (30265H0100).
