The Traulsen UHT48-LL is a 48-inch undercounter refrigerator designed to place refrigerated storage within reach in commercial kitchens, supermarkets, convenience stores, and foodservice prep areas. Its 13.56 cu. ft. cabinet has two solid, left-hinged swing doors and a 34 to 38 degree F temperature range.
Built with a stainless steel top, sides, and doors, this unit features heavy-duty cabinet construction for daily commercial use. Four powder-coated shelves provide organized interior storage, while self-closing doors help keep the cabinet closed during busy service. An interior-mounted thermometer provides a convenient reference for cabinet temperature monitoring.
The UHT48-LL uses R-450A refrigerant and has a rear-mounted 1/4 hp compressor. Its front-breathing design supports zero-clearance installation, and four 4-inch casters allow the refrigerator to be moved when needed. This NSF Certified, Made in America model operates on 115V, 1-phase, 60 Hz power at 7.5 amps and includes a NEMA 5-15P plug.
