The Alto-Shaam 20-10G CLASSIC NAT 120V/1-PH Prodigi Classic combi oven is a natural gas unit designed to hold 20 half-size sheet pans. Its programmable 7-inch touchscreen control supports recipe management, while the USB port allows recipes to be uploaded and downloaded.
This 120V, single-phase combi oven operates with 80,000 BTU of natural gas input and 1.7 kW electrical power. It has a temperature range of 85 to 550 degrees F, a glass door, and a self-cleaning function. The unit is Energy Star qualified, UL certified, and made in America.
Measuring 33 11/16 inches wide by 40 13/16 inches deep by 78 11/16 inches high, the oven has a zero-clearance design for space-conscious commercial kitchens. It requires a 3/4-inch gas connection and 3/4-inch water inlet connection, and is hardwired for installation.
