The Alto-Shaam AR-7EVH SGL 208/1 is an electric batch chicken rotisserie designed for restaurant, supermarket, and foodservice operations. Its seven-spit configuration holds up to 28 chickens at 3 lb. each, while the single-pane flat glass door provides a clear view of the cooking chamber.
This unit is equipped with a ventless hood and operates on 208/240V, 1-phase, 60 Hz electrical service. It draws 40 amps and has an 8,300-watt power rating. The oven is hardwired for installation.
With an overall footprint of 39 1/8 inches wide by 32 1/8 inches deep and 54 inches high, this Alto-Shaam rotisserie weighs 481 lb. It is made in America and UL certified.
