The Everest EBB23G is a one-section commercial back bar cooler with 8 cu. ft. of storage, a glass swing door and a stainless steel countertop over a black vinyl exterior. It measures 23 1/2 in. wide, 32 in. deep and 39 3/8 in. high, and holds up to 220 12 oz. cans or 125 12 oz. bottles. This back bar refrigerator suits bars and pubs, restaurants, brewery taprooms and hotel lounges.
Blizzard R290 Refrigeration System
The back-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self-contained and fully detachable, so it can be replaced without on-site brazing. It runs on natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of 3. ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air evenly, defrost runs automatically, and a self-maintaining condensate pan needs no external drain or heater.
Digital Temperature Control and LED Lighting
A multi-function digital controller with an LED display is factory set to 35°F and adjusts from 33°F to 54°F. An audible alarm warns of compressor or condenser coil overheating. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch lights the interior with little added heat.
Doors, Shelving and Construction
The swing door uses low-emissivity double-pane glass in a black PVC frame, with a die-cast handle, a snap-in magnetic gasket and a pre-installed lock. The cabinet has a textured black vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior walls and a stainless steel floor, and is insulated with 1 3/4 in. of high-density polyurethane. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Four 5 in. swivel casters come pre-installed, with locks on the front set.
