The Everest EBB48G-SS is a two-section commercial back bar cooler with 14 cu. ft. of storage, two glass swing doors and stainless steel construction inside and out. It measures 49 in. wide, 27 in. deep and 37 1/4 in. high, and holds up to 490 12 oz. cans or 344 12 oz. bottles. This back bar refrigerator suits bars and pubs, restaurants, brewery taprooms and hotel lounges.
Blizzard R290 Refrigeration System
The side-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self-contained and fully detachable, so it can be replaced without on-site brazing. It runs on natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of 3. ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air evenly, defrost runs automatically, and a self-maintaining condensate pan needs no external drain or heater.
Digital Temperature Control and LED Lighting
A multi-function digital controller with an LED display is factory set to 35°F and adjusts from 33°F to 54°F. An audible alarm warns of compressor or condenser coil overheating. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch lights the interior with little added heat.
Doors, Shelving and Construction
The swing doors use low-emissivity double-pane glass in matte finish aluminum frames, with die-cast handles, snap-in magnetic gaskets and pre-installed locks. The heavy-duty stainless steel cabinet is insulated with 1 3/4 in. of high-density polyurethane, with an open interior and no walls between sections. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves per section sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips, 4 in total. Built-in caster thread receptacles accept optional 3 in. or 5 in. swivel casters or height-adjustable legs.
