The Everest EBB59-24 is a two-section commercial back bar cooler with 17 cu. ft. of storage, two solid swing doors and a stainless steel countertop over a black vinyl exterior. It measures 57 3/4 in. wide, 24 1/2 in. deep and 37 1/4 in. high, and holds up to 560 12 oz. cans or 357 12 oz. bottles. The 24 1/2 in. depth helps where bar space is tight. This back bar refrigerator suits bars and pubs, restaurants, hotel lounges and event venues.
Blizzard R290 Refrigeration System
The side-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self-contained and fully detachable, so it can be replaced without on-site brazing. It runs on natural R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of 3. ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air evenly, defrost runs automatically, and a self-maintaining condensate pan needs no external drain or heater.
Digital Temperature Control and LED Lighting
A multi-function digital controller with an LED display is factory set to 35°F and adjusts from 33°F to 54°F. An audible alarm warns of compressor or condenser coil overheating. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch lights the interior with little added heat.
Doors, Shelving and Construction
The solid swing doors have recessed handles, snap-in magnetic gaskets and pre-installed locks. The cabinet has a textured black vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior walls and a stainless steel floor, and is insulated with 1 3/4 in. of high-density polyurethane, with an open interior and no walls between sections. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves per section sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips, 4 in total. Built-in caster thread receptacles accept optional 3 in. or 5 in. swivel casters or height-adjustable legs.
