Everest EBC80 Commercial Horizontal Bottle Cooler, Three Stainless Steel Lids, 26 cu. ft.
The Everest EBC80 is a commercial horizontal bottle cooler with 26 cu. ft. of storage under three locking stainless steel lids, holding up to 1008 12 oz. cans or 720 12 oz. bottles. It measures 80 1/2 in. wide, 26 3/4 in. deep and 33 3/4 in. high, with a stainless steel countertop and rails over a black vinyl exterior. This bar bottle cooler suits bars and pubs, restaurants, hotel lounges and event venues.
Lids, Bottle Opener and Storage
Each lid has a heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, a galvanized steel interior, 3/4 in. of polyurethane insulation and a removable ratchet lock. A front-mounted bottle cap opener and cap catcher detach for cleaning. Inside, three epoxy-coated wire floor shelves keep air moving beneath the bottles, and 5 vertical wire bin dividers keep brands separated. Extra dividers are available. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch lights the bins with little added heat.
Blizzard R290 Refrigeration and Temperature Control
The side-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self-contained and fully detachable, so it can be replaced without on-site brazing. It runs on R290 refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of 3. ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct move cold air through the cabinet, defrost runs automatically, and the self-maintaining condensate pan needs no drain. A digital controller with an LED display is factory set to 35°F, adjusts from 33°F to 54°F and sounds an alarm if the compressor or condenser coil overheats.
Cabinet Construction
The galvanized steel interior is open end to end, with no walls between compartments, and the cabinet is insulated with 1 3/4 in. of high-density polyurethane. Built-in caster thread receptacles accept optional 3 in. or 5 in. swivel casters or 3.5–6 in. height-adjustable legs.
