The Everest EBD2-BBG is a back bar and direct draw keg refrigerator combo with 20 cu. ft. behind one solid and one glass door, both locking. It holds one 1/2 barrel keg along with up to 280 12 oz. cans or 192 12 oz. bottles, and measures 57 3/4 in. wide, 27 in. deep and 37 1/4 in. high. This keg cooler suits bars, restaurants, brewery taprooms and hotel lounges.
Draft System and Countertop
One single-faucet and one dual-faucet draft arm give three taps, each arm insulated, NSF certified and fitted with an air distributor. The countertop and rails are heavy-duty stainless steel, and an exterior T-shaped drain port carries moisture from the top tray; the drain hose isn't included, and a floor drain is required.
Blizzard R290 Refrigeration and Temperature Control
The side-mounted Blizzard R290 condensing unit is self-contained and fully detachable, so it can be replaced without on-site brazing. It runs on R290 refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a global warming potential of 3. ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct circulate cold air, defrost runs automatically, and the condensate pan needs no drain or heater. A digital controller with an LED display is factory set to 35°F, adjusts from 33°F to 54°F and sounds an alarm if the compressor or condenser coil overheats.
Cabinet, Doors and Shelving
The cabinet has a textured black vinyl exterior, galvanized steel interior walls, a stainless steel floor and 1 3/4 in. of polyurethane insulation, with no walls between compartments. The glass door uses low-emissivity double-pane glass in a black PVC frame. Both doors have snap-in magnetic gaskets. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves sit on height-adjustable stainless steel clips. Shielded LED bar lighting with an on/off switch lights the interior. Four 5 in. swivel casters come pre-installed, with locks on the front set.
