Description
The Hobart AM16T-BAS-2 is a high-temperature, door-style commercial dishwasher with a tall base and electric booster heater. It is designed to clean and sanitize up to 60 racks per hour while using 0.67 gallons of water per rack, making it suitable for busy foodservice dish rooms.
A 27-inch door opening provides clearance for larger ware, including 60-quart mixing bowls and 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. Touchscreen controls and Wi-Fi connectivity support straightforward operation, while the Sense-A-Temp electric booster heater can raise water temperature by up to 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
This unit measures 30 inches wide by 24 7/16 inches deep and has a 3/4-inch water inlet. It requires a hardwired 208-240V, 3-phase, 60 Hz electrical connection and draws 26.9 amps. The AM16T-BAS-2 is ENERGY STAR qualified, NSF certified, UL certified, and made in America.
