Description
The Hobart AM16VL-ADV-2 is a high-temperature, single-rack ventless electric dishwasher designed for commercial dishwashing operations. Its door-style configuration processes up to 40 racks per hour while using 0.67 gallons of water per rack.
An included Sense-A-Temp electric booster heater can increase water temperature by up to 70°F. The unit features touchscreen controls, Wi-Fi capability, and an energy-recovery ventless design. It is ENERGY STAR qualified and carries NSF and UL certifications.
This hardwired dishwasher operates on 208–240V, 60 Hz, 3-phase electrical service and draws 26.9 amps. It has a 2 hp motor, a 3/4-inch water inlet, and measures 30 inches wide by 24 7/16 inches deep.
