The Hobart AM16VL-BAS-2 is a high-temperature, door-style ventless commercial dishwasher for foodservice operations. It processes up to 45 racks per hour while using 0.67 gallons of water per rack. Its ventless configuration incorporates energy recovery and can help reduce installation requirements associated with external venting.
An included Sense-A-Temp electric booster heater can raise water temperature by as much as 70°F. Touchscreen controls provide an on-unit operating interface, and Wi-Fi connectivity is included for connected operation. The unit has a 3/4-inch water inlet connection and measures 30 inches wide by 24 7/16 inches deep.
This dishwasher requires a hardwired 208–240V, 3-phase, 60 Hz electrical connection and draws 26.9 amps. The AM16VL-BAS-2 is Energy Star qualified, NSF certified, UL certified, and made in America. Shipping weight is 322 lb.
