The Hobart AM16VLT-ADV-2 is a high-temperature, single-rack ventless commercial dishwasher for foodservice operations. Its tall door-style configuration has a 27-inch door opening to accommodate items such as 60-quart mixing bowls and 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans. The unit processes up to 36 racks per hour while using 0.67 gallons of water per rack.
Automatic soil removal removes food soil from the wash water, helping extend wash-water use. A built-in booster heater supports high-temperature dishwashing, while the ventless design incorporates energy recovery. Touchscreen controls and Wi-Fi connectivity provide accessible operation and connectivity features.
This Energy Star qualified dishwasher is NSF and UL certified and made in America. It requires a hardwired 208-240V, 3-phase, 60 Hz electrical connection and draws 26.9 amps. The unit has a 2 hp motor, a 3/4-inch water inlet, a 29 13/16-inch width, and a 24 7/16-inch depth.
