Description
The Hobart AM16VLT-BAS-2 is a high-temperature, door-style ventless commercial dishwasher designed for single-rack warewashing operations. Its tall-base configuration has a 27-inch door opening that accommodates items including 60-quart mixing bowls and 18 x 26 inch sheet pans. The unit processes up to 40 racks per hour while using 0.67 gallons of water per rack.
An electric Sense-A-Temp booster heater is included and can increase water temperature by up to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. This dishwasher uses touchscreen controls and Wi-Fi connectivity for operation and monitoring. The ventless design incorporates energy recovery, and the unit is Energy Star qualified.
This Hobart dishwasher operates on 208/240V, 60 Hz, 3-phase electrical service and draws 26.9 amps. It has a 2 hp motor, a hardwire electrical connection, and a 3/4-inch water inlet.
