Description
The Hobart AMTL-2 is a double-level, high-temperature door-style commercial dishwasher designed for foodservice dishwashing operations. It processes up to 80 racks per hour and uses 0.62 gallons of water per rack.
This unit includes a booster heater with Hobart Sense-A-Temp monitoring to support a 180°F rinse temperature for sanitizing. Its five-sided insulated hood and pillarless opening provide an accessible loading area, while touchscreen controls and Wi-Fi connectivity support operation and monitoring.
The AMTL-2 operates on 208–240V, 60 Hz, 3-phase electrical service and is hardwired for installation. It has a 3/4-inch water inlet, measures 24 7/16 inches wide by 28 1/16 inches deep, and has an adjustable overall height of 59 15/16 to 79 9/16 inches. This dishwasher is NSF and UL certified and made in America.
