Description
The Univex SRM60+HD planetary mixer’s 60-quart bowl is made of strong, rust-resistant stainless steel and can be raised or lowered with an ergonomic, hand-operated crank. A safety guard around the bowl opening protects users from attachments that rotate inside the bowl and mix ingredients. If the guard is not in place, the interlock place prevents operation.
The No. 12 power hub on the Univex SRM60+HD planetary mixer accepts shredders, grinders, slicers, and a variety of other attachments on the front of the unit. Its beater shaft and power take-off hub have two separate sets of fixed speeds, and each can be set at a fixed option or any speed between the highest and lowest settings. Operators can change the speed without stopping the mixing motion. Durable for high-volume use, the mixer has a powder-coated finish that simplifies cleaning.
