The Fagor QVR-3G-N is a 3-door glass door reach-in refrigerator for restaurants, delis, cafes and grab-and-go counters where staff need to see stock at a glance. It gives 76 cu. ft. of storage on 9 adjustable shelves that also take 18" x 26" sheet pans, and Fagor designs it to hold 33°F to 38°F even in 100°F kitchens. It plugs into a standard 115V outlet with a NEMA 5-15P plug, draws 7.5 amps and rolls on 4" casters.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the smallest outside dimension is the 33" depth. Plan for the full height on casters, and allow 6" more if you add the optional legs.
Fagor designs the QV series to hold 33°F to 38°F in 100°F rooms, with a time-initiated automatic defrost.
9 epoxy-coated wire shelves on aluminum pilasters adjust in 1/2" steps and accept 18" x 26" sheet pans.
The bottom-mount condensing unit sits on a rail for easy access, and door gaskets come off without tools.

Yes. Fagor says both the refrigerators and freezers in the QV series accept 18" x 26" sheet pans. Bun tray racks are a Fagor option.
Defrost is automatic and time initiated, so there is no manual defrosting.
