Description
American Panel AP20BC200-2-RHH Remote Roll-In Blast Chiller
The American Panel AP20BC200-2-RHH is a HURRiCHiLL remote roll-in blast chiller for commercial batch cooling. Match its roll-in loading arrangement to the pans, racks and production batches used in your kitchen.
This configuration requires a separately selected remote condensing system. Size the system to the applicable manufacturer refrigeration requirements and plan the refrigerant piping, utilities and field installation before ordering. Cabinet electrical requirements do not describe the complete remote refrigeration installation.
The manufacturer publishes a chilling rating of 200 lb from 160°F to 38°F in 90 minutes. An additional published cycle is 240 lb from 160°F to 38°F in 120 minutes.
These are rated performance conditions. Food density, moisture, starting temperature, portion size, container depth and the way a batch is loaded affect the time needed to cool the food core. Use the manufacturer operating instructions to select cycles and position the product probe.
Check rack height, depth, width and door clearance against the model drawing. The listed rack capacity does not establish that racks or pans are supplied. Specify compatible mobile racks and accessories separately when required.
This ordering configuration is cataloged with right-hand door hinging. Read shared family documents together with the exact hinge configuration on the order.

Installation and purchasing considerations
Verify the delivery route, assembled dimensions, condenser clearances and utility access. For modular or roll-in installations, also check panel assembly space, the rack route and the floor transition. Use the applicable manufacturer drawing and installation instructions for final site planning.
Frequently asked questions
What does the published batch capacity mean?
It is a rating for the stated food temperature change and cycle time. Match the actual food load and containers to the operating instructions, and verify the food core temperature during use.
Are racks and pans included?
Confirm the supplied accessory package for this ordering code. Pan or rack capacity alone does not establish that the corresponding containers or mobile racks are included.
