The Amerikooler QC061077FBSC-O is an AK Series 3 Quick Ship walk-in cooler that measures 6' x 10' x 7' 7" on the outside and gives you 6' 11" of inside height. It comes with a smooth aluminum floor rated at 600 lb per square foot for foot traffic. A top mounted self-contained system with mounted components runs on 208-230V single phase and holds 35°F. Panels are 4" AK-XPS insulation (R-29), and you pick the door: 30" or 36" wide, left or right hinge, centered on the 6' or 10' side. The outdoor version adds a rain roof membrane, exterior floor angles and a door hood.
Leave at least 2" between the walk-in and the building walls, and check that the floor is level within 1/8" before setup, as the Amerikooler installation guide requires. The condensing unit sits on the roof, so plan clearance above the 7' 7" box. Outdoor self-contained units need a drain nearby.
Outside it measures 6' x 10' x 7' 7". Inside height is 6' 11" above the floor. The door gives a 76" high clear opening, 30" or 36" wide.
Wall and ceiling panels use 4" AK-XPS extruded polystyrene insulation rated R-29, backed by a 50-year DuPont thermal warranty. Both faces are stucco embossed Acrylume coated Galvalume for corrosion resistance.
Pick a 30" or 36" wide flush door, hinged on the left or right, centered on the 6' or 10' side. It has 2 Kason Performer lift-off cam-rise spring assisted hinges, a spring door closer and a keyed, padlock-capable deadbolt latch with an inside safety release.
A vapor-proof LED light is centered on the inside door jamb. A digital LED thermometer with an on/off pilot light switch is mounted on the door jamb, so staff can read the temperature at a glance.
The smooth aluminum floor is rated at 600 lb per square foot of evenly spread load and is meant for foot traffic, not rolling carts. Per the warranty, do not hose or wet mop the floor panels.
The self-contained system comes with mounted components on the roof and runs on 208-230V single phase power. It is set up to hold 35°F. Refrigeration parts carry the original equipment maker's warranty, plus a 5-year compressor limited warranty. Outdoor package: rain roof membrane, exterior floor angles and door hood.
The outside size is 6' x 10' x 7' 7" (72" x 120" x 91"). Inside height is 6' 11". Leave at least 2" to the building walls, and allow room above for the top mounted condensing unit.
