The Atosa CookRite ATTG-24 is a 24" countertop gas griddle for restaurants, diners, food trucks with gas service and breakfast lines. A 1" thick polished steel plate sits over 2 burners at 25,000 BTU each (2 x 25,000 = 50,000 BTU) on propane, and a thermostat valve on each 12" section holds the temperature you set. The cooking surface is 23-9/10" x 19-9/10", a stainless steel grease drawer catches runoff, and it needs no electricity.

The countertop or equipment stand must be noncombustible and level, and strong enough for the griddle's weight. Size your gas line for the full BTU load of every appliance on it.
Steel griddle plate
A 1" thick polished steel plate spreads heat across the 23-9/10" x 19-9/10" surface.
Thermostatic control
Each 12" section has its own thermostat valve that adjusts the gas flow to hold the set temperature (Atosa manual).
Grease drawer
A stainless steel grease drawer under the front catches runoff and pulls out for emptying.

Questions buyers ask
Is this the natural gas or propane version?
This listing is the propane (LP) version, with the supplied regulator set at 10" W.C. and 50,000 BTU total. Atosa also makes the ATTG-24 for natural gas (NG); order that listing if that is your gas supply. Atosa says any gas conversion must be done by an authorized, licensed technician.
What gas connection does it need?
A 3/4" NPT gas line to the rear inlet. The pressure regulator ships with the griddle, factory set at 10" W.C..
Does it need electricity?
No. The burners use standing pilots that you light by hand, so there is no cord or plug.
Can it sit on a wood or plastic counter?
No. Atosa's manual says to place it only on a noncombustible countertop or stand, with at least 6" on both sides and the back and 4" under the unit, under an exhaust hood per local code.
How do I season the griddle plate?
Atosa's manual says to heat the plate to 300-350°F, spread about one ounce of cooking oil per square foot with a lint-free cloth, wipe off the excess and repeat until the surface is slick. Season before first use and after every cleaning.
What does the warranty cover?
