The Pegasus CB-48G is a 45.5" heavy duty radiant charbroiler for restaurants, steakhouses, grills and caterers. This liquid propane version puts out 123,500 BTU through all stainless steel burners with individual front controls. The E-Z tilt top grid of free-floating 1/2" steel rods drains grease into a front trough, and stainless steel water pans sit below. It stands on 5.1" legs, with an optional 16.5" stand.

This listing is the liquid propane (LP) version, set for 10" WC. Pegasus also makes a natural gas version (4" WC); order the one that matches your gas supply.
How much heat does it put out?
123,500 BTU in total from all stainless steel burners, each with its own front control.
Does it need a stand?
No. It sits on 5.1" legs at 28.6" high. An optional 16.5" stand brings the total height to 45.2".
How do I clean it?
The E-Z tilt top grid drains grease into a front trough, and stainless steel water pans catch drippings below. The grid has a quick-lift handle.
How close can it go to a wall?
Against non-combustible walls it needs 0" on the sides and 2" at the back. Against combustible walls it needs 1" on the left and 3" on the right and back.

Can I add a griddle plate or kebab holder?
