CMA Dishmachines buying guide

CMA upright door-type dishwashers in 25" to 44" widths. Low-temp chemical sanitizing AH (straight), C (corner), E and EST energy-saving models run 40 racks per hour; B and CB double-rack models 80. High-temp 180-S and 180-C models give a 180°F final rinse at 60 racks per hour, and 180-VL and EST-VL ventless models work without a separate hood.
