CMA pot, pan and utensil washers for sheet pans, stock pots and mixing bowls. Low-temp scullery S-AH (straight), S-C (corner) and S-B (double rack) models have a 27" door opening and run 40 to 80 racks per hour. High-temp CMA-180-TS and 180-TC tall models run 60 racks per hour, and the PT-15 offers 5 to 10 minute cycles.
