A 79" three-door glass merchandiser freezer that puts frozen products in front of customers at -10°F to 0°F.
The Coldline D80-B is a 79" black merchandiser freezer for convenience stores, markets, delis and cafes. Three self-closing glass swing doors show 58.3 cu. ft. of product on 12 adjustable shelves under LED light, and a digital controller holds -10°F to 0°F. It plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-20P outlet on a dedicated 20 A circuit.
Double pane glass doors close on their own and hold open at 90° while you restock.
Aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor, and 12 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves rated 90 lb. each.
A digital controller sets the temperature and defrost frequency; defrost is automatic.
A removable installation board opens the condenser coil for cleaning and service.
It runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase and draws 16.3 A through a NEMA 5-20P plug on an 84" cord. Coldline requires a dedicated 20 A circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
It is 79.5" wide, 30.6" deep and 83.7" tall and ships in a 81" W × 33.8" D × 87.5" H carton. Measure every doorway, hallway and turn on the delivery path before ordering; the 30.6" depth is its smallest outside dimension.
It holds -10°F to 0°F. It is a display freezer for frozen food, ice cream and other frozen packaged goods that customers pick up through the glass doors; it keeps frozen products frozen and is not meant to freeze warm food quickly.
Indoors only, on a strong, level floor, away from direct sun and from heat sources such as ovens and stoves. The Coldline manual asks for at least 6" of clearance on both sides and the back, and at least 4" between the contents and the rear air duct. The sheet rates it for rooms up to 90°F.
With the doors open, the unit needs 53.75" from the back of the cabinet to the edge of the open doors (Coldline drawing). Add the rear clearance and leave room for customers to stand.
Unplug it before cleaning and do not spray it with water. Check the condenser and clean it when dust builds up (the removable installation board at the bottom gives access to the coil). After unplugging, wait at least 6 minutes before plugging it back in to protect the compressor.
USR Brands covers the Coldline D-Series for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Glass is not covered, food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
The Coldline refrigeration warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
