A 28" one-door glass merchandiser refrigerator that puts cold products in front of customers at 33°F to 41°F.
The Coldline G28-B is a 28" black merchandiser refrigerator for convenience stores, markets, delis and cafes. One self-closing glass swing door shows 23 cu. ft. of product on 4 adjustable shelves under LED light, and a digital controller holds 33°F to 41°F. It plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit.
The double pane glass door closes on its own and holds open at 90° while you restock.
Aluminum liner with a stainless steel floor, and 4 adjustable epoxy-coated shelves rated 90 lb. each.
Power and light switches next to a digital controller; defrost is automatic.
A removable installation board opens the condenser coil for cleaning and service.
It runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase and draws 1.33 A through a NEMA 5-15P plug on an 84" cord. Coldline requires a dedicated 15 A circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
It is 28.5" wide, 31.9" deep and 81.7" tall and ships in a 30.2" W × 34.2" D × 85" H carton. Measure every doorway, hallway and turn on the delivery path before ordering; the 28.5" width is its smallest outside dimension.
It holds 33°F to 41°F. It is a display refrigerator for drinks, dairy, packaged deli items and other cold packaged goods that customers pick up through the glass door; it keeps cold products cold and is not meant to cool hot food.
Indoors only, on a strong, level floor, away from direct sun and from heat sources such as ovens and stoves. The Coldline manual asks for at least 6" of clearance on both sides and the back, and at least 4" between the contents and the rear air duct. The sheet rates it for rooms up to 90°F.
With the door open, the unit needs 58.6" from the back of the cabinet to the edge of the open door (Coldline drawing). Add the rear clearance and leave room for customers to stand.
Unplug it before cleaning and do not spray it with water. Check the condenser and clean it when dust builds up (the removable installation board at the bottom gives access to the coil). After unplugging, wait at least 6 minutes before plugging it back in to protect the compressor.
USR Brands covers the Coldline G-Series for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Glass is not covered, food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
The Coldline refrigeration warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
