The Coldline DIP-66 is a scoop-shop dipping cabinet for ice cream parlors, cafes, restaurants and concession stands. It displays 12 3-gallon tubs under a glass canopy with a stainless steel top and stores 8 backup tubs, at -15°F to 0°F with a digital controller and R290 refrigerant. It plugs into a 115V outlet (NEMA 5-15P, 5.64 A) on a dedicated 15 amp circuit, and comes with night covers, shelves and tub holders.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 27.78" depth.
The dipping well holds 12 3-gallon tubs under the canopy, with room to store 8 more below.

The cabinet is 67.8" wide, 27.78" deep and 51.25" tall including the glass canopy. The Coldline manual asks for at least 4 inches between the cabinet and surrounding walls, in a dry, ventilated spot away from direct sun and heat sources.
No. It stands on a fixed base; Coldline sells casters separately and publishes a caster installation guide. After fitting casters, keep the unit upright for 24 hours before plugging it in.
Run it empty for 2 to 3 hours before loading ice cream, so any electrical fault or hidden shipping damage shows up first. Clean the condenser at least once a month.
USR Brands covers DIP-Series cabinets for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the compressor (the replacement part only), in the contiguous US. Glass is not covered, so check the canopy before signing for the delivery. Food truck and farm installs are parts only; residential use is not covered.
The Coldline warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
