The Coldline DP-360 is a compact dipping cabinet for ice cream shops, candy stores, dessert bars and cafeterias. It displays 8 3-gallon tubs under two sliding glass lids, stores 6 more, and holds -15°F to 8°F with R290 refrigerant and LED lighting. It rolls on 4 preinstalled casters and plugs into a 115V outlet (NEMA 5-15P, 4 A) on a dedicated 15 amp circuit.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 28" depth. Coldline says not to tilt it more than 60° while moving it.

A grounded 115V outlet for its NEMA 5-15P plug on a 71" cord. It draws 4 A (270 W), and USR Brands says it needs a dedicated 15 amp circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
It displays 8 3-gallon tubs (10" x 10") and stores 6 more, 14 in all, in 13 cu. ft. Shelves, tub holders and a coated wire basket are included.
Coldline rates it at -15°F to 8°F. The manual says knob position 4 is about 0°F, and positions 4 to 5 suit ice cream once the cabinet is stable.
The cabinet is 49.6" wide, 28" deep and 34.5" tall. The Coldline manual asks for more than 10 cm (about 4") of space at the front and back, in a cool, dry, ventilated spot out of direct sun, and rates it for rooms up to 100°F.
Defrosting is manual. When the frost layer reaches about 5 mm (1/5"), switch it off, take out the product, open the lids and let it melt, then drain the water through the drain plug.
USR Brands covers DP-Series dipping cabinets for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, in the contiguous US. Glass is not covered, so refuse a delivery with broken glass. Food truck and farm installs are parts only; residential use is not covered.
The Coldline warranty states that USR Brands cannot ship to or guarantee its products in CA, OR, WA, MT, WY or UT. Call us before ordering for one of those states.
