A 46" black open air merchandiser that puts cold drinks and grab-and-go food in front of customers.
The Coldline AOC-46-B is a self-serve refrigerated display for convenience stores, cafes, delis, markets and cafeterias. An air curtain keeps 14 cu. ft. of product at 33°F to 40°F with no doors in the way, on 4 adjustable shelves that each have their own LED light and price tag. A night curtain closes it off after hours, and it plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the 25.6" depth is its smallest outside dimension.
An air curtain holds 33°F to 40°F across the open front, so customers grab items faster.
Each of the 4 adjustable shelves has its own LED light and holds 99 lb.
Pull the curtain down after closing to cut energy use overnight.
A digital controller with automatic defrost; condensate evaporates in a heated drain pan.
It runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase and draws 12.5 A through a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 98" cord. Coldline requires a dedicated 15 A circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
Coldline rates it for rooms that stay at or below 75°F and 55% relative humidity. The manual says to keep it out of direct sun and drafts, away from fans and air conditioning vents, on a solid, level floor, with open ventilation around the condensing unit. Warmer or more humid rooms make the air curtain struggle.
It holds 33°F to 40°F. Coldline lists drinks, dairy, salads, deli items, baked goods, fruit and vegetables. Keep products within the shelf edge so they do not block the air curtain.
A built-in drain pan heater evaporates the defrost water. The manual also allows piping it to a nearby floor drain, and the sheet lists an external drain option as included.
It is 45.7" wide, 25.6" deep and 81.5" tall and ships in a 46.9" W × 28" D × 85.5" H carton. Measure every doorway, hallway and turn on the delivery path before ordering.
Unplug it and clean the cabinet once a week with mild water or a non-corrosive cleaner; do not hose it down. Clean the condenser every three months through the left side panel, and keep the drain lines clear.
USR Brands covers the Coldline AOC-Series for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Glass is not covered, food truck and farm installs are parts only, and residential use is not covered.
