The Coldline CPT-72 is a pizza and sandwich prep station for pizzerias, restaurants and delis. Its refrigerated rail holds (9) 1/3 size pans under an insulated lid, the cutting board runs the full length at a 35.3" working height, and the 16.9 cu. ft. base behind 2 self-closing doors stores dough and refills at 33°F to 41°F. Pans and cutting board come with it, and it plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the cabinet is 31.5" deep without the cutting board.

Yes. The Coldline sheet lists (9) 1/3 size pans as the pan capacity and says the cutting board (70.6" L x 19 7/16" D x 3/4" H) and pans are included.
The cabinet is 70.9" wide, 31.5" deep and 39.4" high; with the cutting board it is 37.2" deep, and with the doors open it needs 55.6" of depth (Coldline drawing). Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path first.
The prep table manual says to run the unit with all pans in place, even empty ones, fill pans only with what you will use in the shift, and close the insulated lid when you are not using it.
The condenser coil is easy to reach; keep it clean. Leave ventilation space around the unit and keep the room at or below the 90°F maximum ambient temperature on the sheet.
USR Brands covers the Coldline CPT-Series for 1 year parts and labor from delivery, plus 5 years on the hermetic compressor (the replacement part only, not labor), in the contiguous US. Food truck and farm installs are covered for parts only, and residential use is not covered.
