The Coldline PDR-80W is an 80" pizza prep station for pizzerias, restaurants, delis and bakeries. It pairs an 80" marble working top with a 21 cu. ft. refrigerated base (two swinging solid doors) that holds 32°F to 45°F. The wide base takes full size sheet pans and dough proofing boxes on adjustable slide rails. It plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit and rolls on pre-installed casters.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the cabinet is 31.5" deep.

Coldline describes the 80" working top as marble with a synthetic surface material.
Coldline says the base fits standard full size sheet pans, dough proofing boxes and trays on adjustable L-shaped slide rails. Pans, boxes and trays are not included.
The sheet lists a 32°F to 45°F range for this dough retarder base. It is built as a dough retarder; set the temperature to suit what you store.
