The Coldline SMP72 is a sandwich and salad prep station for delis, sub shops, restaurants and cafes. Its mega top rail holds (30) 1/6 size clear pans under an insulated lid, the 8" deep cutting board sits at a 35.3" working height, and the 20 cu. ft. base behind 3 self-closing doors holds 33°F to 41°F. Pans and cutting board come with it, and it plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit.
Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; the cabinet is 34" deep including the cutting board.

Yes. The Coldline sheet lists cutting boards and clear pans as features; the rail takes (30) 1/6 size pans and the board measures 70.4" L x 8" D x 0.75" H.
It is 70.4" wide, 34" deep and 45.9" high, needs 53.75" of height with the lid open and about 50.8" of depth with the doors open (Coldline drawing). Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path first.
The manual says to run it with all pans in place, even empty ones, fill pans only with what you will use in the shift, and close the insulated lid when you are not using it. Let it reach temperature before loading.
Keep 3" of clearance at the back, leave 2 to 4" between the back wall and stored food, and clean the condenser coil at least once a month; a malfunction from a dirty condenser or high room temperature voids the warranty. The sheet rates it for rooms up to 90°F.
