A 60" employee service salad bar with an angled sneeze guard and a 10" cutting board for made-to-order lines.
The Coldline CBT60-SG is a refrigerated cold food table for employee service lines in restaurants, cafeterias, delis and caterers. The top well takes (12) 1/3 or (24) 1/6 size pans, 4" or 6" deep, held at 33°F to 41°F, and the 19.4 cu. ft. base behind 2 self-closing doors stores refills. It comes with angled sneeze guard and 10" cutting board. It rolls on casters with brakes and plugs into a 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet on a dedicated 15 A circuit.

It runs on 115V, 60 Hz, single phase and draws 5.4 A (540 W) through a NEMA 5-15P plug. Coldline requires a dedicated 15 A circuit installed by a licensed electrician, and the manual says not to use an extension cord.
The top well takes (12) 1/3 size or (24) 1/6 size standard pans, 4" or 6" deep. The sheet does not list pans as included, so order them separately. The manual says to run it with all pans in place, even empty ones.
It is 60 7/8" wide, 29 1/2" deep and 55 3/16" high including the sneeze guard. With the doors open it needs 57 1/2" of depth (Coldline drawing). Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path first.
Yes. The angled sneeze guard must be installed with the #8 1" self-drilling pan washer head screws that come with it. The 10" deep cutting board is included.
Indoors, in a well-ventilated area on a level floor, away from heat and moisture. The manual asks for 3" of clearance at the back and says outdoor use may damage the unit. The maximum ambient temperature on the sheet is 90°F.
The Coldline warranty statements we have do not name the CBT series. The attached Coldline refrigeration warranty gives 1 year parts and labor plus 5 years on the compressor for the listed series; call us to confirm the warranty for this model before ordering.
