The Coldline CTP80SS is a countertop salad bar for pizza shops, sandwich lines, restaurants and cafes. It holds (9) 1/3 size 6" deep pans at 33°F to 41°F under a pair of removable stainless steel lids, set on a digital controller, and it plugs into a standard 115V NEMA 5-15P outlet. Pans are sold separately.
