The Pegasus CR-5E is a 5-spit electric rotisserie for delis, supermarkets, takeout shops and caterers that cook without gas. It holds up to 30 chickens and runs on 16.5 kW at 208V 3-phase, with a separate control for each heating element. Tempered glass doors put the roasting on display, and the stainless steel body wipes clean.
