A half size countertop convection oven for baking, roasting and reheating where floor space is short.
The Cookline CSD-1AE suits cafes, delis, bakeries and small kitchens that bake in batches on a countertop. Two heating elements and two high-speed fans move heat through a 2.3 cu. ft. ceramic-coated cavity with 4 aluminum trays, and the thermostat runs from 120°F to 570°F. It plugs into a 220-240V NEMA 6-20P receptacle, not a 120V outlet.
Check that a 6-20R receptacle is within reach of the counter before delivery.

A 220-240V, 60 Hz, single phase receptacle that fits its NEMA 6-20P plug. It draws 2.67 kW. It does not plug into a standard 120V wall outlet.
It comes with 4 aluminum bakery trays, 17.1" x 12.4", on nickel-coated supports spaced 3" apart. The cavity is 18.1" W x 14.8" D x 14.2" H.
The oven is 23.4" W x 20.9" D x 22.4" H. The manual asks for at least 10 cm (about 4") at the sides and 20 cm (about 8") at the rear, on a flat, stable surface, with the rubber feet installed.
The thermostat runs from 120°F to 570°F, with a 570°F high limit. A 120-minute timer with a bell shuts the oven off when time is up.
Unplug it first. The chamber is ceramic coated with rounded corners for easy wiping; do not spray water onto the oven.
