The Serv-Ware EF25-HC is a Value Series one-door reach-in freezer for restaurants, cafes, delis and convenience stores that need 25 cu. ft. of frozen storage in one door. It holds -10°F to 5°F with an LED temperature display, has a white painted steel exterior and a food-safe ABS interior, and ships with casters installed. It runs on 115V and is ETL Sanitation listed.

The cabinet is 30.6" wide, 27.9" deep and 77.2" high with casters (73.6" without them), and ships at 280 lbs. Measure every doorway and turn on the delivery path; its smallest outside dimension is the 27.9" depth.
Can I switch the door to open the other way?
Yes. Serv-Ware lists the door as field reversible, so it can be rehung to open from the other side.
What temperature does it hold?
It holds -10°F to 5°F. An LED display shows the temperature, and the unit runs a defrost cycle every 6 hours.
What is the difference from Serv-Ware stainless steel reach-ins?
The Value Series uses a white painted steel exterior and an ABS plastic interior instead of stainless steel, and carries a 1-year warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Serv-Ware covers parts and labor on the entire unit, including the compressor, for 1 year, in the United States and for commercial use. Failures from a dirty condenser coil or missing maintenance are not covered.
Can I use it outdoors or at home?
No. Serv-Ware designs it for indoor use in a climate-controlled room, and the warranty excludes residential use.
