Delivery and setup

- Inspect the unit and the glass for damage before signing the delivery receipt, and note any damage on it.
- Do not tilt it more than 45 degrees when moving it; wait 2 hours after placing it before plugging it in, as the manual says.
- Use a dedicated 110-120V outlet; leave 4" of air space at the back and sides, out of direct sun and away from heaters.
- Let it reach temperature before loading the pans.

How many flavors does it hold?
6 pans of 5 L each (14.17" x 6.5" x 4.72"), included. The manual says not to load more than 5 liters per pan.
How cold does it get?
Koolmore lists -7.6 to 10.4°F, set on the digital controller. It rates the unit for rooms from 60 to 90°F.
What outlet does it need?
A standard 120V outlet for a NEMA 5-15P plug, used only for this unit. It draws 2.1 A and 150 W.
Does it defrost on its own?
Yes. Defrost is automatic; you can also start or stop a defrost cycle by holding a button on the controller for 6 seconds.
Can I put warm product in it?
No. The manual says to cool food to room temperature before putting it in, and the unit is meant to hold frozen product.
What does the warranty cover?
